Explore Our Progressive Online French Courses for Ages 7-18

At Calixte Learning Hub, we offer age-appropriate French courses designed to progressively build language skills in a fun, engaging, and culturally immersive way. Each program is tailored to the needs of its specific age group, ensuring students gain confidence and fluency step by step

Group 1: Ages 7-9

Days: Saturday & Sunday

Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Eastern Time)

Max Students: 5 per class

Cost: $120 per hour

What They’ll Learn

Basic greetings and introductions (Les Salutations et Introductions).

Numbers 1-20.

Colors and shapes (Les Couleurs et Les Formes).

Basic food vocabulary (La Nourriture).

Days of the week and months of the year.

Expressing preferences (e.g., "I like" or "I don’t like").

Family members vocabulary (La Famille).

Activities Include

Virtual sing-alongs, interactive storytime, creative art projects, scavenger hunts, and role-playing games.

Group 2: Ages 10-11

Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Eastern Time)

Max Students: 5 per class

Cost: $120 per hour

What They’ll Learn

Expanded greetings and introductions (Les Salutations et Introductions).

Numbers 1-50.

Describing appearance and clothes.

Body parts vocabulary (Les Parties du Corps).

Seasons and weather (Les Saisons et La Météo).

Food and shopping vocabulary (La Nourriture et Les Achats).

Expressing emotions and preferences.

Activities Include

Role-playing in a virtual French market, memory match games, story creation, and conversation breakout rooms.

Group 3: Ages 12-18
(ACTFL-Aligned French Program)

Time Options (Students Choose One):

  • 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)

  • ​6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Eastern Time)

Max Students: 5 per time slot

Cost: $120 per hour

What They’ll Learn (By Week)

Week 1: Greetings & Introductions, Using Numbers in Everyday Contexts (e.g., dates, time, and prices).

Week 2: Colors, Family & Friends.

Week 3: Everyday Actions, Food & Shopping (Les Actions Quotidiennes et Les Achats).

Week 4: Time, Dates, Weather, and Cultural Insights (Le Temps, Les Dates, et La Culture).

Week 5: Describing Places & People, Short Conversations (Décrire des Lieux et des Personnes).

Week 6 (Tout Ensemble): Comprehensive review and final presentations, culminating in a certificate ceremony.
